1. That she is aae and the sa~e JENNY L. HAXWELL, vho was married on
Septembex 8, 1959, in Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida, to JOEL J. NAXNELL,
a/k/a JOE MAXWELL, a/k/a JOSEPA MAXWELL.
2. lfiat Affiant and her husband vere grantees in that certain special
warranty deed dated April 6, 1965 recorded in O.R. Book 115, Page 505, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and on said date were married to each other,
wherein First Federal Savings 6 Loan Association of Palm Bay canveyed the followfng
described property to JOSEPH MARWELL and JENNY HA}(WELL, his wife, to wit:
Lot 15 and the South 1/2 of_Lot 16 of Block 4,
NESTfa00D Y.ANOR, as per plat thereof aa f ile in
the off ice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 6, Page 26.
3. Tt~at Affiant and JOEL J. HAXWELL, a/k/a JOE MAXi~IELL, a/k/a JOSEPH MAXFTELL,
were continuously married to each other from the•date of their marriage on September
8, 1959 until the date of the death of said JOEL J. NAXWELL, a/k/a JOE NAXWELL,
a/k/a J06EPH MAXWELL, on January 20, 1970.
