hereby releases the orlginal Obllgors) from further obl~ciatlons or liability
under the morLgage or note referred to above.
4. ExcepL as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a chan~e or amendment to the aforementioned promissory rate and
mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is bindin~ upo~ the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
6. The Ow~er(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortqage and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the above.stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
IN WITNESS NHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands and
