7. Mlhen Purchaser shall have performed hereunder~ the Seller will at its
expense furnish the Purchasar with an Abstrect of Title to said land certlfied to date.
8. That time is of the essence of this contract; and all covenants harei~ ~
contained shail extend to and be obligatory upon the successors. heirs. personal repre- ~
sentatives and assig~s of the Sellar and Purchaser. respectively. ~
9. Pa~m~ents not made within 10 days of due date will incu~ a$10.00 penalty.
