LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

WALTER F. JOHNSON and LUCILLE H. JOHNSON -
We, WALTER F. JOHNSON and LUCILLE H. JOHIJSON, of
Fernandina Beach, Nassau County, Florida, do hereby make, publish
and declare this to be our Last Will and 'Pestament, and hereby

revoke-any and all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by us.

CLAUSE I: We direct our Executor to pay out of our • ..

last illness•and funeral expenses.

CLAUSE II: We give and bequeath the swa of One Hundred ~
($100.00) Dollars to our son, JERRY WALTER JOHIdSON. ~
CLAUSE III: We give and bequeath the sum of One Hundred ~~

($100.00) Dollars to our daughter, REGINA J. MADAUS. •

CLAUSE IV: We give, devise and bequeat2i unto the sur-
vivor of us all the rest, residue and remainder of our estate,
real and personal, wheresoever situate and whether acquired after
or before the execution of this Will.
CLAUSE V: We name and appoint the survivor of us as
Executor of this Will, to serve without bond.
CLAUSE VI: In the event we shall die in a cammon acci-
dent or under circumstances which make it difficult to determine
which of us died first, we direct that~ LUCILLE H. JOffi~iSON shall
be deemed to have survived WALTER F. JOHI~ISON for the purpose of
this Will, and we direct further that the provisiona of this Will
shall be construed upon that assumption, irrespective of any pro=
visions of law establishing a contrary presumption, requiring

survivorship for a fixed period as a condition of taking property
by inheritance.
CLAUSE VII; In t2ie event we s2ia11 die in a common acci-
