JOHIdSON, tbe Trustee of our estate, and we request that~no
bond be required of our said Trustee.
Our Executrix or Trustee, as the case may be,
vested with full power and authority to sell, convey,
is
transfer
and assign any and all personal property and any and all real
estafe belonging to our.said estate.
CLAUSE XIII: In the event that any beneficiary under
this Wi11, or any Codicil hereto, shall die under such circum-
stances that it cannot be determined whether we pre-deceased
that beneficiary or the contrary,•we direct that it shall be
conclusively presumed that such beneficiary pre-deceased us,and
the provisions of this Will and any Codicil hereto shall be con-
strued, and the distribution of property made shall be governed
and regulated as if such beneficiary had, in fact, pre-deceased us.
CLAUSE XIV: Our Executor, Executrix or Trustee, as the
case may be, is directed to pay out of our residuary estate all
inheritance, legacy or estate taxes on our estate, or any por-
tion thereof, or levied by reason of our death (including those
levied on proceeds of policies of insurance on our lives), whether
or not the property, transfer or proceeds with~respect to which
said taxes are levied is a part of our estate at our death, and
our Executor, Executrix or Trustee, as the case may be, shall
not require any transferee or other person to reimburse our estate
for said taxes so paid, nor deduct the same from the share of any
beneficiary hereunder.
