ORDER CORRECTING CLERICAL ERROR
On motion of the Wife, DONNA DELORES CHURCH, to correct
a clerical error in the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage
entered in this action on the 8th day•of December, 1980, and it
appearing that said final judgment does contain a clerical
error in that the Husband's name is improperly shown as "DANIEL
WAYNE CHURCH", when it should be shown as "DANIEL THOMAS CHURCH",

it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that paragraph 1 of the final judgment
entered in this action on December 8, 1980, b~ corrected and
amended to read:
"1. The bonds of marriage between Petitioner, DONNA DELORES
CHURCH, the Wife, and Respondent, DANIEL THOMAS CHURCH, the Husband,
are dissolved because the marriage is irretrievably broken."
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
