FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and sufficiency of
which are hereby acknowledaed, HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUR, 7NC.
("Assignor") does hereby assign, transfer and set over unto
Donald D.~Ashley, D.D.S. and Leota D. Ashlev
("Assignee"), the owner(s) of Unit g02 in Hutchinson
Island Club, a Condominium, St. Lucie County, Florida (the
"Condominium"), t}ie right to the use of that certain Limited
Common Element in connection with the Condominium known as
Covered Parking Space No. 2 the "Parking Space"),
as shoF~n in the records of the Association, subject to the
following terms and conditions:

The Parking Space is hereby made appurtenant to the Unit,
an~ upon the conveyance of or the passing of title to the Unit,
the right to use the Parking Space shall pass and be deemeu to
ha~e been conveyed with the Unit.
2.
By Assignee"s acceptance of this Assignment, ~'lssignee
ccr~nants to exercise due care in usinc~ and occupying the
Parking Space, and Assignee shall and does hereby indemnify
and hold harmless Assignof against all claims, actions, pro-
ceedings, damages, costs a*~d liabilities, including reasonable
attorney's fees, arising from or in any way connected ~aith
As~ignee's occupation or use of the Parking Space.
~ IN t4ITNESS WHEREOF, Assignor has executed this Assignment,
and Assignee, to evidence Assignee's acceptance of all of the
terms and conditions hereof, has also executed this Assignment,
