1. Petitioner have an interest in the above e'state ~
as sole beneficiary therein.
The name and address is set forth in paragraph 3 and the name
and address of the Petitioner=s attorney are as set forth at
the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, HELEN E. PRAEDIGER, whose last known
address was #1 TORTUGA LANE, GOLF VILLAGE, SPANISH LAKES, PORT
ST. LUCIE, FLORIDA, died on JANUARY 12th, 1981 at Ft. Pierce
Care Center, Ft. Pierce, Fla., and a* the time of death decedent
was domiciled in PORT ST. LUCIE, ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are: ~•
