including exempt property, be distributed or disposed of as follows:

8. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 9.
9. The original of the decedent's will dated,
October 11, 1976 and Codicil dated October 21, 1976 is in the
possession of the above court or accompanies this petition.
10. Decedent's will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
Petitioner request that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and an order of family administration be
entered directing distribution of the assets in the estate in
accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph 7 of this
petition.
Under penalties of perjury we declare that we have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of our
knowledge and belief.
