serving the Condominium as set forth in the Condominium's documents
is Ocean Towers Utilities Corporation. The actual name of this
corporation as accepted and filed by the Secretary of State, State
of Florida is OCEAN TOWERS UTILITIES CORPORATION, INC. Therefore,
the name of said corporation is hereby amended accordingly throughout
the above-said Declaration of Condominium. See Exhibit "B."
4. Exhibit "A-14" to the above-said Declaration of Condo-
minium is amended as to legal description and as to the drawing thereof
as set forth in Exhibit "~" attached hereto and made a part hereof,
due to errors which appear in the original thereof as recorded.
