WITNESSETH:
That the said pe,rty of the first part, for and in the consideration
of the sum of Ten ($20.00) Dollars and otfier valuable considerations to him
in hand peid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknov+ledged~ by these presents does grant, bargain~ sell~ convey
and confirm to the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns
forever~ the following goods and chattels:
One 1971 8-cylinder Ford Truck,

TO HAVE AND TO NOLD the above desribed property untothe said party
of the second part, its successors and assigns forever.
PROVIDED ALWAYS~ and these presents are upon the express condition
that, if the said party of the first part, his heirs or assigns. shall p~y to
the said party of the second part, its successors or assi~ns, one certain
promissory note of even date herewith in the principal sum of Two Thousand
five Nundred (2~500.0C~) Dollars~ payable. with interest in the amount of
10 percent (1096) Interest on the unpaid balance as follows: Beginnfng
December 15~ 19R0 Monday, a sum of 100.00 dollars to be paid to the party of
the-second part at 207 ATLANTIC AVENUE, FT. PIERCE, FI.A:~and on ea~h Monday
thereafter $100.00 to be paid to the party of the second part until the
full ar.iount is paid in full including all Interest. And until the pa~yment
of said note shall keep the property desribed herein insured against all
risks~ liability and collision in a sum equal to the value thereof in a
good Insurance Comapany for the benefit of the said party of the second
part, and shall pay all the r,~onies secured by this Mortgage at the time and
in the manner verein specified, then.these presents eLall be void and the
estate hereby created cease and determine. .
