And the said party of the firat part, for himself and his heirs
and a~signs. does hereby promise~ convenant and agree to p~yr to the said
party of the second part~ its successors and assigns~ the said sum of money
as mentioned in said promissory note and secured to be paid as aforesaid.
And~ if default shall be made in the payment of the said sum of money~ or any
part thereof, as provided in said promissory note~ for the space of thirty (30)
days. then and from thenceforth it shall be optional with the said party of
the second part~ its successors and assigns~ to consider the whole of said
principal sum expressed in said note as immediately due and pa~yable. And
the said party of the first part hereby fLrther convenants~ promises and
agrees to and with the said party of the second part to pay all taxes,
assesments and insurance premiums that may be imposed upon the property the
subject of this mortgage. or the m~:~ey secured hereby during the continuance
hereof~ and to pay all costs, charges and expenses in collecting the moneys
hereby secured. including a reasonable attorney's fee and commissions.
whether collected by foreclosure or otherwise.
