FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADUPTION
THIS ACTION was heard upon the verified Petition of
PHILIP CHARLES AHLQUIST, Petitioner for the adoption of ,,
ALICIA JAYE HORES, a minor, and NEIL DOUGLAS HORES, a minor.
The consent of the minor children's natural father having been
filed with this Court and Petitioner, having married the chil-
dren's natural r.~other on April 15, 1978, at Stuart, Martin County,
Florida; and it appearing from the evidence presented that the
Petitioner is a fit and proper person to ac~opt the minors,
ALICIA JAYE HORES and NEIL DOUGLAS HORES, that the best interests
of the chilc~ren would be promoted by the adoption and that the
children are suitable for adoption by the Petitioner, it is therefore;

ORDERE~J AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the child known as ALICIA JAYE HORES, born on
February 27, 1970, in Neptune, New Jersey, is the legal chiZd of
Petitioner, PHILIP CHARLES AHLQUIST, and is his heir at law and
entitled to all the rights and privileges and subject to the
obligations of the child born to Petitioner in lawful wedlick.
2. The child known as NEIT DOUGLAS HORES, born on
October 17, 1974, in Neptune, New Jersey, is the legal child of
Petitioner, PHILIP CHARLES AHLQUIST, and is his heir at law and ~
