ORDERED that upon entry of this Final Judgment, the
Plaintiff shall deposit the additional sum of TWO HUNDRED
FIFTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($250,297) i^*o the Registry of the Court; and it is
ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court pay
to the Defendant, General Development Corporation, the afore-
said sum of FOUR HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($402,500) less any sums heretofore paid to the above-
named Defer~dant from the monies deposited in this cause by
the Plaintiff; and it is further
ORDERED that title to the following described property
to-wit:
