4. That the Order of Taking entered in this cause
on December 10, 1980, is amended to reflect that the
petitioner, Florida Power & Light Company, upon payment
into the Registry of the Court of the deposits hereinafter
specified, is entitled to the possession of the following
described parcels of property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
prior to the entry of a Final Judgment in this cause:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section
34, Township 36 South, Range 39 East; thence
run S89°59'28"W, along the South line of said
Section 34, a distance of 840.33 feet, to the
westerly right-of-way line of Interstat~ 95
(State Road No. 9) and being the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continue S89°59'28"W, a
-distance of 21.95 feet, to a noint on
Curvature of a curve; thence run northeasterly
along the are of said curve being concave to
the Northwest, having a radius of 7445.44 feet,
a delta of 0°47'42", an arc distance of
103.30 feet; thence tangent to said curve
N23°34'44"E, a distance of 1435.00 feet; thence
run S40°32'32"E, a distance of 22.23 feet, to
the westerly right-of-way of aforesaid
Interstate 95; thence run S23°34'44"W, a dis-
tance of 1425.30~feet to the Point of
Curvature of a radially tangent curve; thence
run southwesterly along the arc of said curve
being concave to the Northwest having a
radius of 7465:44 feet, a delta of 0°43'31",
an arc distance of 94.51 feet; to the POINT OF
BEGINNING, all lying and being in Section 34,
Township 36 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, and containing 0.702 Acre,
more or less. Said easement being 20 feet
wide and lying a~jacent to the West right-of-
way of said interstate 95.
