PETER Q. PHEBUS, Husband
and
LINDA SUE PHEBUS, Wife
RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Counterpetition
of the Wife for a temporary restraining order, restraining and
enjoining the Husband from interfering with, molesting, using
physical violence upon or harassing the Wife and the minor children
and from telephoning the Wife, and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED as follows:
1. That the Husband, Peter Q. Phebus, be and he is
hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting,
using physical violence on or harassing the Wife and minor children
and from telephoning the Wife.
2. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be
necessary in insuring the Husband's compliance with this Order
without further order of this Court.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida t is 20th day of February, 1981.
