For value received. the undersigned. agree and promise to psy to the order of
HOWARD K. SLIGAR and GEORGIA L. SLIGAR, his wife, the principal sum of

There shall be due and payable the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) on or before May 1, 1981. In addition to the payment
due on May 1, 1981, there shall be due and payable monthly install-
ments, each in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00),
beginning on the lst day of March, 1981, and continuing on the first
day of each month thereafter until this mortgage shall be paid in
full, both principal and interest.
The makers hereof reserve the right to prepay the entire outstanding
balance due hereunder, in whole or in part, at any time without
penalty.
If default be made in the payment of any of said sums or intereat or in the performance of
any agreements contained herein. then~ at the option of the holder of the same. the principal sum
then remaining unpaid with accrued interest shall immediately become due and collectible without
notice, time being of the essence of this contract, and said principal sum and said acerued interest
shall both bear interest at the rate of ~~e r centum per annum. from such time until paid.

Each maker and endorser waives presentment, protest, notice of protest and notice of dis-
honor and agrees to pay all costs, including a reasonable attorney's fee, whether suit be brought or
not. if counsel shall after maturity of this note ar default hereunder. be employed to collect this
note.
