For value received, we, jointly and severally, promise to
pay, without defalcation, to the order of FLORIDA BANh AT FORT PIERCE,
501 Orange Avenue, Post Office Box 3469, Fort Pierce, Florida 33454,
on the 19th day of June, 1981, the sum of Ninety-eight Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($98,500.00), together with interest from the date here-
of at the rate of eighteen percent (18~) per annum.
Principal and all accrued interest shall accrue interest at the
rate of eighteen percent (18$) per annum, after maturity.
Each maker, surety, and endorser hereof, jointly and severally,
waives demand, presentment, protest and notice of protest for non-
payment and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either
before or after maturity, without notice to any of us; and to pay all
costs of collection, including a reasonable attorneys' fee, in the event
of any default thereunder, and hereby severally waives all banefit of
homestead and exemption under the constitution and laws of each State
of the United States, as against this obligation or any extension or
renewal hereof.
