KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Jim Rathmann
Chevrolet-Cadillac, Inc., a Florida Corporation, the owner and holder of
a certain Judgment in that cause wherein it was Plaintiff and Dalton H.
Athey, individually was Defendant, does hereby acknowledge full payment
and satisfaction of such Judgment rendered by the County Court in and
for St. Lucie County, Florida, and known as Civii Action No. 80-1143,
recorded on the 3Qtt~ day of July, 1960, in the sum of s400.00 Attorneys
fees plus ~1,336.30 damages and ~33.00 costs, said~Judgment being
recorded in Official Records Book 337, Page 1206, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. Md the undersigned does hereby consent that the
same shall be satisfied of record.
