obligation for both federal and Florida Estate taxes, and Petitioner
will file other such required returns and reports in order to complete
the administration of the Estate.
6. Petitioner proposes to make a partial distribution of
the assets of this Estate with the exception of the reserve fund to the
heirs-at-law of PERRY CARLTON, Deceased, in the amounts equalling the
percentage interests of the heirs at law as set forth in the Order
Determining Heirs based upon Lucy Jane Carlton Rogers being an heir-
at-law of PERRY CARLTON, Deceased. Said Order Determining Heirs being
incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference.
7. Petitioner pursuant to an Order of this Court, shall
deduct from the share of Sarah Nelson a/k/a Sally Vogel the ~
amount of Eighteen Hundred Dollars ($1,800.00) and shall pay same to '

Lloyd & Brown, attorneys for F.DYTHE ADAMS, and pursuant to Court Order
Petitioner shalZ deduct from said heir's share Two Thousand One Hundred
Dollars ($2,100.00) and interest calculated at six (6•$) percent on .
the two (2) assignments of $1,800.00 and $2,100.00 from the dates they

were purportediy made to the date of the payment of said monies into
a special escrow account~.
8. Petitioner proposes to make distribution of the remainder
of the reserve fund prior to the closing of the estatP, after the payment
of any additional clair~s, debts, fees, expenses and taxes together with
any refund of taxes, if any, according to the method of distribution
as set forth in Paragraph (6) fiereinabove; and Petitioner proposes to
distribute any monies received as refunds or otherkise to the heirs
according to their respective shares after deduction for appropriate
expenses and unless otherwise ordered by the Court, the Petitioner will
not file any additional accountings showing the payment of such expenses
except that a letter will be furnished to each heir showing the source
of any additional monies and any expenses.
9. Petitioner has previously made a Partial Distribution
of the assets of the estate in 1978 and 1979 to all of the heirs-at-
law of the Decedent except Lucy Jane Carlton Rogers according to their
respective percentage interests of One Million And Ninety Thousand
Dollars (S1,490,000.00), and such Partial Distribution was set forth
in the Order granting Partial Distribution and in one interim
accounting previously filed and in i980 an Order granting a Partial
