Distribution to Lucy Jane Carlton Rogers, an heir-at-law of the Decedent
was entered and a Partial Distribution was made to said heir of approxi-
mately Two Hundred And Sixty One Thousand Dollars ($261,000.00) plus
interest; and this Partial Distribution is accounted for in the Amended
Final Accounting filed with this Court and Petitioner shall make another
Partial Distribution to all heirs on or before March 31, 1981. Said
Orders, the intermim accounting, the Final Accounting and the Amended
Final Accounting being incorporated hsrein and made a part hereof by
reference.
10. The only persons, other than Petitioner, having an in-
terest in this proceeding and their respective addresses are as set
forth on EXHIBIT "A" which is attached'hereto, incorporated herein and
made a part hereof.
11. Any objections to the Amended Final Accounting, the com-
pensation paid or proposed to be paid, or the proposed distributions
of assets must be filed within thirty (30) days from the date of service
hereof.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that after satisfactory proof
has been presented that distribution has been made in accordance with
the schedule of distribution as set forth in this Amended Petition and
in the Amended Final Accounting and that claims of creditors have been
paid or otherwise disposed of, an order be entered discharging Petitioner
as personal representative/Administrator of this estate and for such ~

other relief as this Court deems just, equitable and proper.
