However, nothing herein shall release the rights of
Covenantor, KENNETH W. ROTH, with regard to the Agreement for
the sale of such options and the Repurchase Agreement, both dated
December 24, 1980., and nothing herein shall release the option
rights of KENNETH W. ROTH, but such rights are subject to the
foregoing Agreements.
