MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT
TNIS AGREEt1ENT, Made this 17th day of February, 1981, by and
between FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE , a Florida banking corporation,
hereinafter called "t,ortgagee" and JACK J. ENTERLINE, hereinafter
called "Mortgagor".
WITNESSETH that
WH~:REAS, Mortgagee i,s the owner and ho~der of a Promissory Note
and Mortgage executed by Mortgagor *o Mortgagee on property described in
said Mortgage, which Mortgage is dated September 29, 1980, and recorded
on September 30, 1980 in O.R. Book ~39, Pages 2034, 2035 and 2030, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which Mortgage secures a
Promissory Note, dated September 29, 1980, in the origina? s~~r- of iIFTY
FIVE THO[;SAND DOLLARS ($55,000.00), and provides for one (1) principal

at the rate of 15$ in the amount of TWO THOUSANB SEVEN HUNDRED TWELVE
APJD 33/100 ($2,712.33) due and payable on January 27, 1981.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of all parties hereto that the payment
•date, as recited in said Note, be changed.
NOW, THEREFOP.E,for good and val_uable consi~erations, it is hereby

mutually agreed that the above-,~.entione~ Promissory Note shall be reformed
to the extend that the payment of principal be extended ~ir.*i~ ~ti:e 27th
day of April, 1991, and tha*_ the interest a~crued from Septemher 29, 1980
to January 27, 1981 in the amount of $2,712.33 shall be paid at time of
execution of this I~odifica*ion and Extension Agreement, further the said
Promissory Note shall accrue interest at the rate of 18$ for a period of
?IINETY DAYS (90), from January 27, 1981 to April 27, 1981 , in the amount
of TWO TNOUSAND FOUR HUtJDRED FORTY ONE AND 10/iQ0 ($2,441.10) and shall be
due and payable on April 27, 1981, otherwise all terms of the Note shall
remain the same.
The parties hereto hereby further covenant and agree that all other
terms and conditions of the said Mortgage and Promissory Note, date~
Sep*ember 29, 1980, shall remain in full force ar.d nothing herein contained
