TERMS OF REPAYMENT: To repay my loan, I promise to pay you, the ACTUAL AMOUNT OF lOAN shown above, plus intereat computed on the
unpaid balances oi ihe ACTUAL AMOUNT Of LOAN as of the date oi each payment. 1 promise to make these payments in
the amount of the Monthly Instalment shown above, beginning with the lit Oue Uate shown above, and tontinuing on the
same day of exh following month until the Final Due Date.
AC7UAL AMOUNT Of The ACTUAL AMOUNT OF LOAN is the amount ot rr.oney you have lent to me before any deductions are made.
LOAN:
RATE OF INTEREST: The interesi is computed at the time of payment on the then unpaid principai balance at the Annua4 Percentage Ratc s~own

DAlLY INTEREST CHARGE: Interest for each month in a year shall be equal to the interest for one year divided by 360.
PAYMENT: When you receive a payment on the loan, you will apply it first to the interest that has accrued between oates ot payment a~d
then to the principal balance. I may make payme~t in advance ot a scheduled due date in any amount at any time.
SCHEDULED INTEREST: The amount shown above as the Scheduled Interest ~s computed on scheduled unpaid principal batances that are outstanding
from time to time. Such amount is equal to the interest actually to be paid by me it I repay the loan to you accordiny to the
terms ot this Note. Payment in advance of the inriatment due date will reduce the amount of interest actually paid and payment
after the instalment due date will increase that amount. II I do not make payments of the monthly inttalments to you an each
scheduled due date, the Scheduled Interest will not be equal to the amaunt ot interest actually paid_

LATE PAYMENTS AND You may accept late payments or part~al payments, even though marked "payment in full", w~thout losing any of your rights

OEIAY IN You may delay enforcing any of your rights under this Note without tosing them.
ENFORCEMENT: You don't have to notify me that this Note hasn't been paid. You may change the terms ot payment ar,d release any secunty or
any other Borrower without notifying me and without ~eleasing me from responsibility on this Note.

including my futute nages, ialary or other type of earnings, to iiability for exetution in satisfaction of the debt evidenced by
