Subject to taxes for the current year, easements, restrictions,
reservations of record and zoning.
Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues
and profits of the above descxibed property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shaU be entitled to
coliect and retain the said rents, issues and profits until default hereunder); and all fixtures now or here-
after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the fol-
lowing described household appliances, which are and shall be deemed to be, fixtures and a part of the
realty, and are a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein mentioned.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said
Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof~ unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple.
The Mortgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seized of said land in fee simple or
such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said Mortgagor dces hereby fully warrant the title to
said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if the Mortgagor should pay to the Mortgagee that certain promissory
note of even date herewith~ made by the ~Iortgagor and payable to the order of the ~ortgagee in the

principai sum of ZYtirty Nine Thousand Five H~mdred ~/ Dollars, payable in monthly install-
ments to principal and interest of ~ 452.67 starting on the lst day of April,
19 81 , and if not sooner paid the final payment being due on the lst day of March
2011 , or any extensions or renewals thereof and shall fully pay all other ir.debtedness or liability that
may become due and owing hereunder and secured hereby, and shall faithfulfy and promptly comply with
and perform each and every other covenant and provision herein on the part of the Mortgagor to be
compGed with and performed, and every other covenant and provision as contained in that blank or master
form of mort~age, which is incorporated herein by reference as if set out herein in full, then these presents
shall be void and released at the expense of the Mortgagor, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. The
said blank or master form of roortgage was recorded on February 13, 1970, in the Official R.ecords of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of the following coun~es in F'lorida in the Officisl Records Volume and at the
page designated after the name of each oounty, to•wit: (except that it was recorded in Bradford, Brevazd~
Duval and Suvrannee Counties on February 9~ 1970, and in Dade County on February 10, 1970)
