CARI~N E. GUTELIUS
I, CARMEN E. GUTELIUS, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking anp and
all former Wills, Codicils and letters of testamentary impor~ by me made.
FIRST
I direct that all my just debts due at the time of my
death and all my last illness and funeral expenses be paid as soon after
my death as practicable.
SECOND
I hereby give, devise and bequeath all my estate and
property, including all property of which I shall die seized and possessed,
and all property to which I shall be otherwise entitled at the *_ime of my
decease, of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresuever situated, be it
real, personal or mixed, in the m:nner as set forth and specified in that
certain document held by my Personal Representative named herein, and
entitled "List of Devises and Bequests".

I hereby nominate and appofnt the SiJN BANK OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, as Personal Representative of this my Last Will and Testament. I
direct that no bond or security of any kind be required in any jurisdiction
of my said Personal Representative, their substitutes or successors, the
same being specifically waived hereby.
