6. To the best knowledge of the petitioners, the value of
the entire estate subject to administration in this state, less
the value of property exempt from the claims of creditors, does not
exceed $25,000.00.
7. The estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent includ-
ing exempt property, be distributed equally, share and share alike,
to ROBERT R. HANSEN, 625 Bamford Rd., Cherry Hill, N.J. 08003, and
AUDREY H. SHAFTO, 314 Old Mill Rd., Spring Lake Heights, N.J. 07762.
9. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 10.
10, The original of the decedent's last will, dated October 26,
1966, accompanies this petition.
11. Decedent's will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
Petitioners request that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and an order of summary administration be entered
directing distribution of the assets in this estate in accordance
with the schedule set forth in paragraph 8 of this petition.
Under penalties of perjury, we declare that we have read
the foregoing, and the facts alleged are true to the best of our
knowledge and belief. '
