estate, real, personal and mixed, to my son, Rob¢rt Raqnar Hansen and ny dauqhter~
Audr¢y Harriett Shafto equally, to share and share alike, absolute2y and for¢v¢r;
provided however that should either or both my son, Rot~ert Raqnar Hansen and my
dauGhter, Audrey Harriett Shafto, predecease me, or should their deaths and :Qy
death occur as a result of a comn~on disaster, then in either event, I qive
devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of tay estate, real,
personal and tnixed, to the children of my deceased son; one-half to be shared
equally and to the children of ny deceased daughter, one-half to be shared
equally, absolutely and forever.
THIRD: I nominate, constitute and appoinL rty son, Rohert Raqnar Hansen and
my daughter, Audrey Harriett ~hafto, Executor and Executrix of this, ny Last
kill and Testanient, with fu21 power of sale over any and all real ¢state ~f which
I may die seized; provided hovever that should both tey son, Robert Raqnsr Hans¢n
and ny daughter, Audrey Harriett Shafto, predecease me, or should their death and
rty death occur as the result of a common disast¢r, then in either event I nominate,
constitute and appoint the oldest living child of nry deceased son and the oldest
livinq child of nry deceased daughter, Fxecutors and/or Executrix, as the case map-
