WILL TO RECORD
The petition of MAUREEN SMITH alleges:
1. JOSEPH W. HRZICN a/k/a JOSEPH HRZICH a/k/a JOSEPH
HERZICK, late of Queens County, New York, died on June 2, 1976,
leaving a Last Will and Testament dated July 25, 1975, which
was duly proved and admitted to probate and recorded in the
Surrogate's Court held in and for the County of Queens, at
Jamaica, State of New York, a court of probate jurisdiction,
on November 23, 1976.
2. That the Wi11 complies with the laws of Florida as
' to form and manner of execution and devising real property in
~ this County.
3. Duly authenticated copies of the Last Will and
Testament, the petition for probate, the order admitting the
Will to probate, are filed with this petition.
4. The death of the Testator occurred more than three
(3) years before the filing of this petition.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner asks for an Order admitting
the probated foreign Will to record in this Court.
