in the original principal sum of $ 35,000.00 , dated
Februar 12, 1981 , recorded in O.R. Book 348 ,
page IS~O of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

all required information is inserted in the blanks provided.)

AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee
that it is lawfully seized of said real property in fec
simple; that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to
sell and convey said real property; that the Grantor hereby
fully warrants the title to said real property and will defend
the same against the lawful claims of all persons ~ahorr,soever;
that said real property is free and clear of all encumbrances
except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 19 80 .
