Borrower and Lende~ hereby expressly adopt and incorporate by reference into thia Mortgage and
hereby aqree to be bound by the covenants and agreements contained in Uniform Covenanta numbered 1
through 19 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18, 29, 20~ 22, and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date. in the volume and~ at the paqe as follows:

Such provisions as are inccxporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18. 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to *.he Property~ Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgaqe and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Bonower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Boaower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions

ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVFNANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows: '
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower. Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgaqe~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with
interest thereon. shall be secured by this Mortqage when evidenced by promissory notes swting that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgaqe~ exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US S~`~
