ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
(1) STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows: Plaintiff and
Defendant will present to the Court agreed Stipulations and Admissions
immediately before trial.
(2) EVIDENCE. Documentary and other evidence listed and presented at
the~Pre-Trial Conference shall be admitted into evidence without
objection except as hereinbelow reserved.
No objections by Plaintiff or Defendant reserved at this time,
however, Plaintiff and Defendant may raise objections to documents listed
in the Pre-Trial Statement until the commencement of trial.
