(3) OTHER PROVISIONS: None.

(4) EXPERT WITNESSES may be called out of turn by either party.
(5) WITNESSES. Only those witnesses listed at the Pre-Trial Conference
and names filed with the Clerk will be permitted to testify,
except the_parties themselves and impeachment witnesses and
except that additional witnesses may be called if their
testimony relates to new evidence. Either party may call
any witness listed by any other party.
(6) DISCOVERY: Discovery shall remain open through the day before trial.
(7) ATTORNEY'S FEES: Entitlement to attorney's fees by Plaintiff shall be
determined at a date subsequent to the date of the trial in the event
that Plaintiff prevails at trial; the Court expressly reserves
jurisdiction to make attorney's f e determination if applicable.
