MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this ~'p}~ day of Febxuary, 1981,
by and between HERBERT J. FEIBELMAN and VIOLET E'EIBELMAN, his
wife, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagors, and THE SUN BANK
OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking coxporation with its
principal place of b~siness at 111 Orange Avenue, Fort
Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter refecred to as Mortgagee. '
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS on the 18th day of May, 1973, Mortgagors bor-
rowed from Mortgagee the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($50,000.00) and executed and delivered to Mortgagee their
Promissory Note for said amount payable in 84 monthly
installments of $402.80 each, commencing on January 18, 1974,
together with an 85th payment of the remaining principal
balance plus accrued interest due on January 18, 1981, and ,
bearing interest at the rate of 7 1/2 $ per annum; and
WHEREAS, the indebtedness evidenced by the afozemen-
tioned $50,000.00 Promissory Note is secured by a First
Mortgage given by Moztgagors to Moxtgagee on tne following
described lands in St. Lucie ~ounty, Florida:
Lot 10 and the East 60 feet of Lot 9, Block 3, RIVERSIDE
HARBOR SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 10, Page 5 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said First Mortgage dated May 18, 1473 was
recorded on May 18, Z973 in Official Records Book 214, Page
761 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgagors are the present owners of the
above-described real property; and
WHEREAS the parties hereto desire to modify the terms of
payment of the iridebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned
Promissory Note of Mortgagors;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
