The current principal balance of the indebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned Promissory Note is in the amount of $40,022.15 and accrued interest on said indebted= ness has been paid through January 17, 1981. 3. The indebtedness evidenced by the above-described Promissory Note shall bear interest from and including January 18, 1981 at the rate of 15$ per annum and said interest shall be payable on April 1, 1981, July 1, 1981, October 1, 1981 and January 18, 1982. 4. The entire outstanding principal balance of the above-described Promissory Note shall be due and payable on January 18, 1982. 5. In the event any installment of principal or inter- est is not paid when it becomes due, the entire amount of the aforementioned PromissoXy Note shall become iminediately due and payable at the option of Mortgagee. • 6. As hereby modified, all terms and conditions of the aforementioned Promissory Note and Mortgage are hereby rati- fied, confirmed and approved. 7. Nothing contained hexein shall be construed to ;' impaix the security of Mortgagee under the aforementioned Mortgage. 8.
