Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges that this
purchase of a condominiuaa unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub~ect
ir. ever•y fespect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium in
ahich his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lfm-
ited to (Whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condomini~n or re-
ferred to therein)~ the By-[.aws of the Association, Articles of Ineorporation,
the Rules and Regulations~ copy of pro~ected operating budget~ copy of sales
bi•ochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Oxners
Association; and Purchaser furthar ackn~r2edges receigt af and reading snd
examinatior. e£ Qaid Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
tial, to the successful operat~on and management of the Condominium property
and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein.
Purchaser and all a+ners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirais and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits
attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's
Association documents referred to abc+ve and the prnvisions thereof are reason-
able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnoWledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration ~f Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assurn~s the obligations as to the
Property Owner's Association as to his condomi~ium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto~ and
the common expenses and the sums due under the Property OWner's Association and
other charaes are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically Warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condamini~,m and Exhibits attached thereto.
