corporation autl~orized to transact business in the State of Florida, hereinafter
called "1'lortgagor," by the following described documents granted and conveyed
unto TNE FlRST NATIONAL BANK OF CIiICAGO, a nati~~al b~nking a~sociation,
t~ereinafter called ";Nortga~ee" and its ~ssigns, the premises and prop~rty therein
particularly described to secure the ~fiyment of the sum of money hereinafter
mentioned with interest therean:

Public Records of St. Lucie Co-inty, Florida, in the original amount of Twelve
Million Dollars ($12,000,000.00), and as modified by Modifieation of Alortgage
dated June 2, 1980, and recorded in Offieial Records Book 332 at Page 1738 of the
Public Records of St. I.ucie County, Floridu, wherein HUTCHINSON ISLAND
I.IMITED, 1NC. assumed the indebtedness secured by said Mortgage, and increased
the indebtedness to the principal sum of Thirteen Million Dollars (~13,000,000.00),
together with an Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official
Reco~d Book 299, at Page 1002, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in
Official Record I3ook 299, at Page 1008, all of said documents filed in the Public
Reeords of St. Lucie County, Florida, and in addition, a UCC -1 Financing
Statement filed with the Secretary of State, State of Florida, on December 7,
1978, under File No. 966909, between sr~id parties; ~nd
~VHEREAS, the s+iid '4iortgage i~as reque~ted the said 19ortgagee to
release the premises and other property hereii~after described, being a part of said
\lortgage, and e~:cumbered premises, imrn the tier~s ~nd operHtion of said 1~9ortgage
~nd other liens;
NOW, rFiEREFORE, KNO~r :1:, thr~t the said ~~ortgagee, in considera-
tion of the premises and thc ,um of Ten U~113irs ($10.d0) and other good and
veluable considerations to it in hfind paic~ by or on bchalf of the suid mortgagor at
the time of the cxecution here~~f, the receipt x~~~ereof is hereby acknowledged, does
remise, release, quit-claim, e~:on~rate, nnd dischargc frorn the lien and operation
of said A'lort~a~e and other licns referred to ~~ove unto the said 1~Iort~aeor. ~ its
successors and assigns that certain portion o1 the premises conveyed by said
1lortgage, and other liens referred to above murc pz~rt;culariy described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
suid ~4ortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and
disct~arged of and from the lien of said Mortgage and every part thereof; provided
always, nevehtheless that nothing herein contained shull in anywise impair, alter or
diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid ~lortgege and other liens
referrQc~ t~ ab~ve on the rer*isining ~r~e~i3~ of said mortgaged premises, nat
hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
