Purchaser~ by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknoxledges that this
purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub~ect
ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium in
Which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim-
ited to (Whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condomini un or re-
ferred to therein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation~
the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser~ and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property OWners
Association; and Purchaser further acknor+ledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
tial, to the suceessful operation and management of the Condominium property
and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all-the owners therein.
Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and conf~rms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits
att~ched thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Ormer's
Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
ahle~ fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclanoWledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Or~-ner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Deelaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assu::~~s the obligations as to the
Property Oti+ner's Association as ~o his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all r~arranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are aa contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto, and
the cou~non expenses and the sums due under the Property OFmer's Association and
other eharges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied upon except ~:here the same is specifically Warranted or
~uaranteed in said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto.
