19. Boreower's Right to Reia.qte. Notwithetanding Leader's aoceleration of thesums ~ecured by this Mo~age. Borrowar shall have
the right to have any pmceedings begun by Lend~ to enforoe this Mortgage diecoatinued at any tinae prior to eatry of a judgment enforcing
this Mortgage if: (a) Borrower peys Lender all sums which would be then due under thi~ Mortg~ge, the Note and aote~ ~ecuring P1~ture
Advances. if any. had no acceleration occurred; (b) Borrower curee all breaches of any other ooveaante or agreemeats of Borrower oontained in
this Mortgage; (c) Borrower pays all reasouable e:penees incurred by I.ender in enforcing the oovenaats and agreemeata of Borrowrer
rnatained in this Mortgage and in enforcing Lendei s remedies as pmvided in paragraph 18 hereof, including, but not limited to, reasonabls

of the Property. pmvided that Borrower shall. prior to acceleration under patagraph 18 hereof or abandonment of the Property, have the right
to collect and retain euch nnts as they become due and payable.
Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 heteof or abandonmeni of the Property. Lender shall be entided to have a reoeiver appointed by a
oourt to enter~upon. take posseaaion of end manege the Property and to oollect the nnta of the Property. including Wost past due. All rents
ooUected by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the oosts of management of the Property and oollection of nnb, including. but aot
limited to. receivrr's fees. premiume on receiver's bonde and r~sonable attorney's fees, and then to the euma secured by this Mortgaga 1Tie
receiver ehall be liable to acaount only for thoee renta actually received.
21. ~ture Advancea. Upon request by Borrower. Lender, e! Leade~s option within twenty yeare from the date oI this Mortgage. may

22 Release. Upon paxment of all suma secured by this Mortgage, L.ender shall release thia Mortgage without charge to Borrower.
