Borrowar shall have the right to have any pmceedings begun by Lend~ to enforoe this Mortgage diecoatinued at any tinae prior to eatry of a judgment enforcing this Mortgage if: (a) Borrower peys Lender all sums which would be then due under thi~ Mortg~ge, the Note and aote~ ~ecuring P1~ture Advances. if any. had no acceleration occurred; (b) Borrower curee all breaches of any other ooveaante or agreemeats of Borrower oontained in this Mortgage; (c) Borrower pays all reasouable e:penees incurred by I.ender in enforcing the oovenaats and agreemeata of Borrowrer rnatained in this Mortgage and in enforcing Lendei s remedies as pmvided in paragraph 18 hereof, including, but not limited to, reasonabls attorney's feea; and (d) Borrower takea auch action as Lender may reasonably require b assun fhat the Gen of this Mortgage.
