RECEIPT, ACKNOI~I.EDGMENT~ ASSUMPTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASER
Purchaser~ by acceptance and execution of this Receipt~ acknowledges that this
purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub~ect
ir. every respect to the Deelaration of Condomini un as to the condominium in
Which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim-
fted to (Whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condomini ua or re-
ferred to therein)~ the By-Laws of the Association, Articles.of Incorporation,
the Rules and Regu2ations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
By-Laws and De.claration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners
Association; and Purchaser further acknowrledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales broehure and floor
plan~ and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
tial~ to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property
and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein.
Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
~ 11 of the termg and ~mv~ st ons of sai d Deelaratton of Cond~m~ ni un and Fxht bi ts
attached thereto, and agrees that the ~ssessment under the Property OWner's
Association documents referred to above and the grovisions thereof are reason-
ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknoWledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property 0~-ner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations ~.~nder said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purehaser assu~r;~s the obligations as to the
Property Owner's Associ3tion as to his condominiurr. parcel. Purchaser confi.rms
that all Warranties, renresentations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto, and
the common expenses and the sums due under the Property O~+ner's Association and
other charges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specif~cally Warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto.
