"Phase I Land" and is Iegally described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
AR'I'ICLE IV
DEi'INITIONS
As used herein, in the exhibit~ attached hereto~ and in ali
amendments, unless the context requires otherwise, the fol?owing
terms shall have the following meanin~,s:
A. Assessment means a share of the funds required for
payment or common expenses, which from time to ti.me is assessed
against the unit owr.ers.
B. Association means California East Condominium Association,
Inc., a Fiorida Corporation Not For Pro£it, the enCiCy responsible
for the operation of this Condominium.
C. Board of Directors means the representaCive bodv
responsible tor the management of the Condominium and business
of the Association.
D. By-Laws means the By-Laws of the Association, as
they exist trom time to time. A copy of the Ey-Laws is attached
hereto as Exhibit E~ and incorporated herein bv reference.
E. Common Elements means the portions of the conc~ominium
property (including any tangible nersonal pronertv renuired for
