Statute of the State of Florida providing for the formatzon,~'
liability, rights, privileges and immunities of a corporatiQn not
for profit.
ARTICLE I
NAME OF CORPORATION
The name of this corporation shall be CALIFORNIA EAST
CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.
' ARTICLE II
PURPOSE
The purpose for Nhich the corporation is organized is as
folloNS•
l. To be the •'Association" for the purpose~of operating
and managing CALIY~ORNIA EAST, a Condominium, for the use and benefit
of the owneYS of the Condominium Units and to acquire, construct,
manage, maintain and ca.re for Association property. Said Condo-
~
minium shall be constructed in St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. The documents creating the said Condominium will
provide for the units to be constructed upon the•above referenced
progerty, together with certain other improvements.
