ADDRESSES OF DIRECTORS
The names and post office addresses of the members of
the first Board of Directors Nho shall hold office pursuant to
the ter~s and provisions of these Articles of Incorporation and
the Bylaws of the Corporation and until their successors are elected

ARTICLE IX
BYLAWS
The Bylaws of the Corporation shall be adopted by the
Board of Directors. The BylaNS may be amended, altered or
rescinded at a duly constituted membership meeting for such
purpose, provided, however, no amendment shall take effect unless
approved by members representing at least 7S~.of the total votes
in ths Condominium. In addition, said amendnent shall conform to
the requiTements of Article Ten of the Declaration of Condominium.
