The name of this corporation shall be Calitornia East Condominium Association, Inc,, hereinafter referred to as the "Association" or "Gorporation". Section 2. The principal place of business shall be locate~ at ~IS S. Indian River Dr., Ft. Pierce, Florida 33~~50. Section 3. The seal of the corporation shall bear the name o~ the corporation, the word "Flori~a", the words "corporation not for profit" or "nonpro£it cornoration", and the year of incorporation. ARTICLE II PURPOSE Section 1. This Cornoration has been organized as a nonprotit corporation pursuant to the provisions of. Chapter 617, Florida Statutes, for the purpose of ooerating and managing CALIFORNIA EAST, a condominium, oursuant to the provisions of the Florida Condominium Act, Chapter 718, Florida Statutes and-such other condominiums ~or which this corporation may be designated the Association by the Board of Directors pursuant to the Articles o~ Incorparation hereof. The Condominium to be operated and managed bv this corporation shall be located upon those lands located in St. Lucie County, Florida, described in Exhibit '~o. A • which is annexed to the Declaration of Condominium of Galifornia East, as said Declaration may, from time to time, be amended. Section 2. CALIFORNIA EAST CONDOMI?~II.TMf ASS~CIATIOr~ , I\~ . was duly incorporated in the Office of the Secreatrv of State o~ Florida on the 23rd day of Apri?, 1980. A copy of these Articles of Incorporation is~ attached to the Declaration of Con~ominium, as Exhibit ~?o. D• Section 3. These Bylaws shall be attached to the Declaration ot Condominiurn of Cal.iforn?a East, a condominium~ and such other Declarations of Condominium for which this corporation may b-e designated the Assoc?ation to be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in.and ~or St. Lucie Countv, Florida, as Exhibit No. E thereto, and shall be considered a part there~f. ARTICLE III MEMBERS Section 1. All of the owners of Condominium Tlnits in the Condominium(s) wherein this corporation has been designated to operate and administer as the "Association" therefor by virtue of the Declaration of_ Conc~ominium thereo'~ shall be members of this corporation. 1?pon recordi.ng of a deed or by any other means which establishes a chan~e of record title to a Condominium Unit, the new owner thereo.f shall become a member o~ this corvorati_on and the membership of the prior owner shall terminate. Section 2. Condominium ~'nit ~lwners shal.l be entitled to a vote in the affairs of the corporation as set forth in the Declaration o~ Condominium. Section 3.
