Further improve the Condominium Property~ both real and personal and purchase or otherwise acquire realty and items of furniture, furnishings, ~ixtures and equipment for the~foregoing, and acquire and enter into a~reements pursuant to ~718.114, Florida Statutes. ARTICLE VI OFFICERS Section 1.
