a mortgagee, the Corporation shall £orward copies of all
notices for unpaid assessments or violations served uoon
a Unit Ow~er to said mortgagee. If a Register is maintained~
the party maintaining same may make such reasonable charg,e
as it deems appropriate against the applicable ilnit for
supplying the information provided herein.
ARTICLE XVI
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Section 1. The Board of nirectors may, from time
Lo time, adopt or amend previousiy adopted administrat?ve
rules and regulations governing the details of the operation,
use, maintenancer management and control of the Common
Elements of the Condominiutn, facilities or services made
available to the Unit Owners; provided, that all such regu-
lations and amendments thereto shall be anuroved by an
affirmative vote of the Corporation before becoming effective;
provided further, however, that until the 7_ast Friday in
January, 1983, or until the Developer elects to terminate
its control of the Condominium or until Unit Owners other
than the Developer have elected a majority of the Board of
Directors, whichever shall first occur, the Board of
Directors shall have the authority to make and amend regulations
respecting the use of the property of the Condominium
without the approval of the membership. A copy of the
Rules and Regulations adopted from time to time, as herein
provided, shall be posted in a consuicuous place.
Section 2. The Board of Directors may f.rom time to
time adopt or amend previously adopted Rules and Regulations
governing and restricting the use and maintenance of the
Condominium Units; provided~ however~ that all such re_p,ulations
and amendments thereto shall be approved by an af.firmative
vote of not less than 75% of the entire membershin of the
Corporation before becoming effective; provided further,
however, that until the last Friday in January, 1983, or
until the Developer elects to terminate its control of the
Condominium ~r until Unit Owners other than the Developer
have elected a majority of the Board of nirectors, whichever
shall first occur, the Board of nirectors shall have the
authority to make and amend regulations resoecting the use
of the property of the Condominium without the approval o`
the membership and further that copies of such Rules and
Regulations, prior to the time the same become effective,
shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the Condominium
Property.
Section 3. In the event of anv conflict between
the Rules anc~Regulations adopted, as f_rom time to time
amended, and the Condominium Documents or the Condominium
Act, the latter shall prevail. If any unreconcile~ conflict
should exist or hereafter arise with respect to the interpreta-
tion of these Bylaws and the Declaration of Condominium, the
provisions of said Declaration shall vrevail.
