BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
STEVEN R. McCAIN, who, after being duly sworn does depose and say:
1. That he is an attorney licensed to practice law in
the State of Florida.
2, That he has personally known and worked with Fran}: J.
Lynch, Jr. since January 2, 1977.
3. That he personally knows Frank J. Lynch, Jr. is married
to Janice K. Lynch.
4. That he has personally visted, on several occasions,
at the home of Frank J. Lynch, Jr., which is located at 342 N.E.
.
Genesee Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida, which bears the legal descrip-
tion of Lot 5, Block 465, Port St. Lucie Section 26 and that Frank J.
Lynch, Jr. and Janice K. Lynch are the lawful owners of said property.
5. That he personally knows that Frank J. Lynch, Jr. and
Frank S. Lynch, Jr. are one in the same person, as a result of a
typographical error showing the middle initial of "S" instead of "J",
in that certain Warranty Deed from John E. King and Mary E. King,
his wife, to Frank S. Lynch, Jr. and Janice K. Lynch, his wife, dated
December 12, 1977, filed January 25, 1978 and recdrded at O.R. Book
280, Page 2921 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
