O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon Petition of the
State of Florida, and the Court having heard testimony and argument
of counsel for Petitioner and Respondents, and being fully advised of
the premises, the Court does hereby find
That the 1978 Ford Van, as captioned above, was seized by the ,
Fort Pierce Police Department on November 8, 1979, and at the time of
said seizure was being used in violation of Florida Statute 943.41,
943.42, 943.43, and 9~3.44.
And does further find that a~ the time of said seizure there did
exist and does sti~l.exist a lien against said vehicle in favor of
KAREN G. MORRIS, Rt. 2, Box I49, Trenton, Florida. Tt is therefore
ORDERED~that said vehicle be and is hereby forfeited to the City
of Fort Pierce, Florida, for the use of or sale by the Fort Pierce
Police Department. ~
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the State of Florida, Department of
Motor Vehicles, issue a title for said vehicle in the name of the
City of Fort Pierce.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the lien referred to herein shall
remain in force and effect until satisfied by the Ci.ty of Fort Pierce
or until otherwise properly disposed of according to law.
