FINAL 3TJDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF NiARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing this date and the Court hat~ing
given fuZl consideration to all the evidence, f~nds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
brokeri and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and AUJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOHN P. HESS
and CL.ARE A. HESS be ar.d the same is hereby dissolved and the parties
and each of them are forever freed from the bonds af matrimony here-
tofore existiny between them ar.d from the obliyations axising there-
£rom.
2. PROPERTY. The Separation and Property Settlement Agree~nent
admitted into evider.ce is hereby incorporated herein by reference and
the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
3. 3L;RISDICTION. 3urisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further_ orders as may be
necessary and proper.
DONE AND ORDERED at Stuart, Martin County, Florida, this ~f
