IT APPEARING from the evidence before the ~ourt that KENNETH F. WATSON has
willfully failed and refused to pay the child aupport as required by the Final Judg-
ment of the Court entered on the 6th day of June, 1980, and, although having been gain-
fully employed for the past five years and earning in exceas of $8.00 an hour, is as
of this date Februarq 20, 1981, in arreare $1,750.00, plus Court Costs of $13.0~.
It is:
ORDER~D AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he etands in contempt of this
Court but may purge himaelf of this contempt by hereafter paying the total $1,763.00
arrears and Court Costs within six (6) months, or on or before August 20, 1981. Child
Support payments of $50.00 per week are to be made each and every week commencing
February 27, 1981 and are to include an add~ional Statutory Clerk's Fee of $2.00. Pay-
ments to be made to the Clerk of this Court in cash, or by cashier's check or money
order. If Respondent KENNETH F. WATSON does not purge himself of his contempt as pro-
vided above, or fails to make a Weekly payment, he shall be requfred upon written affi-
davit of the Petitioner PEQGY A. WATSON to aerve SIXTY (60) daqa in the St. Lucie County
Jail.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto ia retained for the entry
of auch further ordera as may be~proper.
